I know we already have a Christmas thread but I thought a new one would be great to have. Perhaps a mod would like to close it and move it to the graveyard so that we don't have two of these threads floating around?
Anyway, it's getting close to that time of year again. Christmas! This year felt as though it just flew, it's hard to believe it's Christmas again almost. It's pretty scary to think about. Anyway, what are you doing for Christmas this year? Anything special or just the usual?
I'll be doing the usual I think except we won't be going to my aunt's for lunch. My Dad doesn't want to go there this year because we feel sort of left out since there's lots of other relatives there and such and we're not really as close to them. They're awesome people though. We will open presents in the morning, stay home and have some lovely food wait until the afternoon to get all dressed up to go to my Aunt's house (my Mum's side) and we will have a Christmas party there.
We have a party at different relatives houses each year. Last year it was my cousin's house which was great. It was a wonderful evening and we all had a lot of laughs. This year it is at my aunt Gloria's house so that should be alright as well.
I can't wait!

The Christmas '06 topic? Moved.
Well, Christmas here is gonna be sorta upsetting and fun. We've got graduation before that, so, goodbye and for some of the guys at school, 'see you at High School'. That and we have ballroom dancing, but my partner left to have a holiday at Tasmania so...
So yeah, most of December here'll be Graduation, and Christmas won't matter to me much until it's all over. . For Christmas I'll mostly likely get some clothing, a PS3 or some PSP games. A new DVD set too, my current one doesn't play DVDs anymore for some reason. |

Christmas... no Idea yet... I know I am lazertagging for my birthday, at the beginning of Dec . Christmas... I think it'll be the same thing as last time. My mom comes out to my dad's place, and Oric(my brother), my sister, my mom, my dad and my stepmom all celebrate christmas. (still unhappy that my brother got a guitar last year).
I will always love christmas, and I even wrapped presents for my parents last year sigh* Joy? We're all looking forward to christmas... but I still have 2 birthdays to look forward to before that _________________ I am now 2000 points away from top on Reptillia on GH3 on the PS3, currently 6th place of all PS3 Reptillia players

I'm going down to Sydney to be with my family, as we don't have any up here. Will be taking my baby girl Rebel for the first time.. Which will be interesting. 14 hours in a overheating car with a hyperactive dog... Hm.
Nevertheless, It's nice. I love my family, and it's always good to see them again. _________________

That sounds great! I haven't ever gone out of state or anywhere special for Christmas. I usually just stay at home or go to my aunt and Uncle's house for lunch, it is usually always the same but I enjoy it that way. The evening's are always the same as we go to a relation's house for a Christmas party each year as I previously said. Those parties are always great.
I always love the few weeks before Christmas though. Putting the tree up, wrapping gifts, watching Christmas specials, listening to the music (some!), decorating the house, cooking Christmas goodies and so on. Those always give the Christmas feeling.
