If you had to pick a scene as your favorite from one of the games, which would it be. I know of plenty I could choose but my favorite of all time would have to be the ending of Final Fantasy X. It was very touching and sad.

How Yuna ended up losing Tidus, she loved him. They made a very good couple because they could relate to each other. They were both young and still maturing, they had things in common. Tidus probably knew Yuna the best, Yuna probably knew Tidus the best. It was a really sweet story between them but it ended right there. :(

I also loved the dance scene from Final Fantasy VIII. It was very cute and it was funny how Squall wasn't sure on what to do at first. Rinoa ended up teaching him the basics and he had mastered it by the end. It was just a fun little scene all together.

Also, the Opera scene in Final Fantasy VI is quite beautiful, the music suits it very well and I enjoy seeing that part. :clap:

hm....i think if i did havre a favorate movie it would be.....probobaly in ff8 when the missiles are about to destroy garden and then it moves out of the way just in time!!!

o ani like the movie in ff9 when limbalum is destroyed by atomus and when alexder is protecting alexsadria catsle and bahumat is destroying everything it's ace!!!!

:D o and i love the the movie in ffx when yuna jumps from the top of the building in her wedding dre and is caught by her edalin, its just ace!!

Ok, my favorite little FMV would have to be when sephiroth walks into the fire after looking at the camera. It just looks soo bad ass.

Actual longer FMV, would have to be idk theres too many, umm maybe either the lake scene where tidus and yuna kiss and all that, or the dance scene in FF8

i would have too agree with beniboo on this one that is one amazing cutscene my other personal favourite would have to be in ffix when alexander is turned evil by the invincable :D :D

ff9 when garnet looks out at the camera when alexandria castle is in ruins, with the background of the destroyed castle and her new haircut! i dont think i can express what shes thinking.

My fave scenes(in no specfic order)

Well my first one, I would have to agree with Ashe, the dance scene with FFVIII, Squall getting taught by Rinoa how to dance (he's quite a quick learner)

My 2nd scene, would actually be the scene (I believe it's the 100% scene) in FFX-2 when Tidus appears on the Besaid shore, and the Celsius is landing there, and Yuna remeets with Tidus, It just makes me so happy, It touches me.

3rd would be the FFXII scene when Basch tells Vaan the "troubles of guarding royaly" and Ashe asks if that is a complaint.

My fourth one is part of a battle, in FFVI when Relm comes into the battle with Ultros, and Ultros realises he is just a "stupid octopus".

now that I think of it, I just remembered my #1 favorite scene, the end of FFIX, it is weird, because first of all, Zidane goes to rescue Kuja from inside the Lifa Tree (because they're still brothers, and they both get trapped in the Lifa Tree. The rest of the party leaves back to their own way. Suddenly i goes to the next year's play, and a robed actor is playing. and I shall quote FFIX, " No Cloud or Squall shall get in my way"... that all I remember (because it says Cloud and Squall lol) and suddenly he pulls off the weird blck robe, and says something about Dagger..... not Garnet. Garnet sees this and runs to the stage, and they hug in front of the huge crowd who was watching the play.

My favorite scene is from FF-VII at the Golden Saucer where cloud is able to take one of the other characters on a date with Arieth or Tifa, but when he goes on a date with Barret that is halarious!

Good thread. I thought Ridorina Cataract for Final Fantasy XII was great.

(Reminder spoiler - This is the scene where you meet and fight Gabranth for the first time and fight Dr.Cid for the second time.)

The confrontation between Balamb and Galdinia where the two gardens clash. The whole cinematic of the motor cycles invading Balamb and the melees between students and soldiers was excellent.

The spoilers murder of Aeris is a memorable and sad one..

A few good ones.
