I can certainly answer this question without thinking too hard. My least favourite part which I found extremely annoying was the part in Zozo how you had to climb all of those stairs and every three seconds you would encounter an enemy of some sort. It took ages for me to finally reach my destination. I couldn't stand it. I remember starting the game again and was dreading that part again. I hope I'm not the only one who hated that part! It took way too much time and plus it was no fun at all.

What was your least favourite/ most annoying part of the game? :-x

after the world changes and you have to re-search out all of your members is my least favourite part.

Zozo is so darn annoying, climbing all those stairs..... just to reach a boss who also annoyed me, and on top of it, the people at Zozo annoyed me, CAN'T YOU JUST TELL THE TRUTH!!!!!........

and personally, I enjoyed finding all the chars again

i hated having to find the party again but hated the phoenix cave the most though. i have to say that finding everyone did kinda have some fun in it.
