Does anybody else love the Pokemon games for gameboy or Super Nintendo? I loved playing Pokemon Blue and Silver when I was younger. They were loads of fun and very addictive. I loved catching all the different types of Pokemon. There were a large variety. As more games came out, more species of Pokemon were available!

How many species are there now? :o Last I heard there was over two hundred or so lol. I haven't caught up with the times. :-P

The other day I bought Pokemon Ranger for the Nintendo DS and am finding it a lot different to the classic games. You don't get to keep the Pokemon you catch! You have to let them go after you receive their help. It's not a bad game but I'm not liking it as much as the older games at the moment. You do get to keep one Pokemon as your partner but that's it.

The game has nice graphics and music though. :D

I was crazy about pokemons!!!!!! but not anymore.....catched all of them in the pikachu version....(the party i did when i got all the 151)
in the ho-ho version i was missing two of them.....just two....hows that possible???....
in the ruby it was missing 7 or somethin like that....

I played pokemon since I was a kid. Everytime I played one of those games I captured every Legendary Pokemon. Yes, I use now Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres combined with Celebi, MewTwo, and Gyarados.

They are my winning team, all of them at Level 100, I was almost invincible. I even had a group of friends and we called ourselves Team Rocket, yeah I am a fan of them.

I used to love using the Missingno cheat on Pokemon Blue. Did anybody else try that one out? I used to be able to find Pokemon on level 100 and over once I found him. It was awesome. I never tried to catch it though because I was told that it contains a virus and may wreck your Gameboy. It was loads of fun. You could duplicate items and everything.

I used to love duplicating Master Balls and Rare Candy. Laughing

I was always catching him....I even had a snorlax lvl 150.....ergh...but one time he **** my game...i had to start all over again....but wtever...

lol i played pokemon on the gameboy too. that were some good times, although i preferd watching the movies and collecting the cards and stickers than playing red and blue, iv also got gold an silver.

I still play Pokemon to this day and at the moment playing Mystery Dungeon (Red Rescue) for the Gamrboy Advance.

I haven't played the Mystery Dungeon game yet, is it any good? I have heard mixed reviews about it so that's why I never bothered getting it yet. I stopped playing Pokemon Ranger ages ago and haven't played it again since. It's just not as good as the classic games. I still haven't got around to buying Pearl or Diamond either, I have heard mixed reviews about them as well so.. Hmm. Should I get them or no? Lol1

They look rather cool but maybe I'll wait until they get a little cheaper.
