Trcik question? Well, it probably wasn't in Mist. When Rydia told her name to Cecil, Kain had already dissppeared. Their next meeting must have been after Rydia getting older. In the Tower of Babel?

What kind of magic is the ability Blitz and which character can use it?

i believe you get the Excalibur Sword the 2nd best sword in the game after ragnarok being the best :D :D

That's the village of Mist.
(by the way, in the Advance version, Lightbringer is even better than Ragnarok)
