I want to know what band out of any band EVER is your favorite and why if you can give an answer.

Mine would be The Who the 1970's rock band. They had great stuff, alot of it unknown too, well not played as much. But they have a unique style and Towshend is one of my favorite song writers ever so it makes sense why.

My favorite band would probably be Guns n' Roses. They are an awesome rock band from the 80's and early 90's. They had a lot of great songs and Axl Rose had an excellent voice. Slash is an amazing guitarist and they are just one of the coolest bands ever! Love

I have most of their CD's and a few of their DVD's and I have to say they were awesome live. I was too young to see them when they were touring lol. I was probably only one or two.

I like a lot of 70's/80's rock bands. I won't bother listing them all because it would take too long lol.

I would have to say R.E.M. But only their older songs, The newer song from them really suck. My favourite song ever is Imitation of Life.

My favorite bands have to be only two

1.) has to be Muse from the UK
2.) Blink-182 even though they broke up after the North American tour whic was freakin awesome.. Buffalo NY..concert was a blast

My Favorite band is Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Jethro Tull, CCR, Steve Miller Band, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Queen, Alice Cooper, Nazareth, Aerosmith, Foghat, Lynyrd Skynyrd, AcDc, John Lennon, Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult, Cream, Eagles, Elvis, Joe Cocker, Joe Walsh, Peter Frampton, Journey, Metallica, RHCP, Reo Speedwagon, Rush, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Ted Nugent, The Who, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Segar, Deep Purple, Doobie Brothers, Ramones, Eric Clapton, Billy Squire, David Bowie, Allman Brothers Band, Tom Petty, Wolfmother, Johnny Cash, The Beatles, Sex Pistols, Yes, and more. Not all my favorite but I listen to them all.

even though barely anyone else likes them I like Good Charlotte. Everyone thinks that they try to be punk, but its not what everyone thinks. They're not trying to be punk they just like dressing like that. Its like me, I am a punk, but nowhere near to looking or dressing like one.

The best band in the world is Dimmu Borgir. There is just something about they way they play that gets my head banging. Makes me wanna go on a destructive rampage. Their music almost literally melts my face off. Their non-english songs are also awesome even though I don't speak Norwegien. Best non-english song would be Raabjorn Speiler Droughemen Skodde. Best songs in english are Mourning Palace, Progenies of the Great Apocalypse, Spellbound, Dreamside Dominions, and The Promised Future Aeons.
