Well I thought I would make this thread since this forum is really lacking some topics. Other people could make them as well but I suppose I will do it! I haven't really played a whole heap of this game though.

Who would your favorite character in the game be? Your options are:

Bartz/Butz: The main character, he likes to travel alongside his friend who is in fact a Chocobo.

Lenna/Reina: She is the princess of Tycoon. She lost her mother due to a certain illness but decided to try and help those who fear death. She trained very hard at martial arts also.

Faris: A pirate who appears to be a man at first but to the surprise of the others 'he' is not who they think. Faris turns out to be a very important person in the story.

Galuf: He is a Warrior of Light but unfortunately loses his memory from a meteor crash, that is where he is found unconscious. He is a powerful character who is also very brave.

Krile: She also lost her mother but is very gifted because she can speak to Moogles and Dragons. She is a princess of a powerful kingdom and is a powerful young lady.

I don't know who to really pick out of these characters since I never completed the game. I think I will say Faris because she makes the storyline pretty interesting, it was a nice twist and just an original idea for a game. She's a pretty cool character overall as well. Bartz aka Butz over here was also a good character but I think Faris gets my vote.

NKOW ANIMA

well my favorite, as most people already know, is Faris, "he" turns out to have so many secrets, that "he" hides. "He" is a different kinda FF char, as the only one like him in any way, because of one specific part in FFVII is Cloud

Faris is hard to explain without a spoiler, so that is all I can really say

Boco

I probably prefer Bartz. He is far from what I would call as a favourite but, seriously, I didn't like those characters much anyway. Lenna was fine but didn't have any special personality. All she did was faint and wait for some help =/
Although Faris had a realatively better personality than Lenna or even Bartz somehow I could like her. It's probably because she was considered to be a male most of the times.
Krile wasn't bad but she was a child and after all she was only used in the end of the game [*****SPOILER] after Galuf's death.
Galuf reminded me a lot of Tellah. Both of them seemed badass despite their age [*****SPOILER] and both of them died on their try to kill a villain. However, Golbez proved to be just a puppet. If he hadn't lost his memory at the very begining of the game we might have had to deal with a much better character that seemed to have a clue about what was going on.
Last but not least, Bartz, despite being the main character, didn't have that great personality. There were times that you even forgot that this clueless person was the main hero. At least he added some funny moments to the game and after all he was the main hero =/

i would have to choose Krile.
she can talk chocobo's, moogles and dragons which are three of five of my favorite ff animals.
she has a wonderful attitude and is always happy.
