Yes, yes.. we all knew this was coming probably but I had to do it! I just finished this book not long ago and thought it was completely amazing. I will not give away any spoilers because I know how frustrating it can be to find out things you don't want to know about! Someone spoiled a character's death for me and I got very mad at them lol.
This book was rather amazing and I was addicted to reading it all the way through, it's exciting, intense and everything good. The only thing I was disappointed with was the ending, I think it could have gone on a bit longer and with a bit more detail.
For those people wanting to add spoiler comments, remember to add the tags first so that people can choose to read them if they want. I don't want the book being ruined for anybody because I know how horrible that would be! :(
There are a lot of good twists in this book that kept me wanting to read more and more. It can get pretty sad from time to time but very enjoyable nonetheless. A lot of people seemed to be disappointed with the ending or other parts but I still think JK. Rowling did a wonderful job of writing this book.
However, I am disappointed now because I have no other books to look forward to now lol. That is it! After the movies, I have no idea what I am going to do, I will go mad!
I can't wait until the movie though! :-P

i dont have the book yet but a friend of mine has already told me wot happens :-x . i am reading the half-blood prince just to remind myself of wot happened. also my wonderful nana is buying the book for me so i will have it in a few days :D

I'm surprised this topic isn't more popular. I thought we would have a lot of posters in this thread but I was wrong! I suppose nobody here has actually read the book yet.
My friend and I discussed it one night a few days after we finished reading it and we spoke about how we thought the ending was rushed and cut off suddenly.
MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD - DO NOT SHOW THE SPOILERS IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE BOOK!

Harry kills Voldemort and then goes to bed pretty much LOL. It felt as though it was just ended like that. My Mum disagrees though, she thought it was alright.
Oh and the chapter with Dumbledore was weird and confused me a fair amount, I did like it though.
Overall, I loved it and thought it was a great read. I wish the ending could have gone on forever! It felt as though something was missing.

Oh and after the end how she had that mini chapter about them grown up, I didn't like that very much. Ginny and Harry, Ron and Hermione married and with children.. scary.

i was thinking today when i got the book back what ever happened to Luna? she was one of my favorite people. did she have kids? did she die? she always had that care free personality that i really like about people. does anyone know what happened to Luna?
