Well it depends on what type of question it is. Wouldn't have this been better as a personal message of some sort? Ask away if you want but I don't guarantee answering it without knowing what it is. Is it a personal question or something else? I don't know if you would want to post personal details in a public forum, it might not be a good idea.
Anyway, like I said; ask away if you would like. Somebody might be able to help you out.

That depens on what you think is the right thing to do and make your choice. Honestly if your "love" towards that person will somehow affect him, then it wouldn't be fair for neither him nor you....
If it's about age or other issues, just look at life from this point of view.
You are young, most of the teens don't know what love trully means (not generalizing, my opinion is based on my studies of human behavior...).
Life at your age has just begun, and you'll have plenty of time to find someone else...
Anyway it's your choice and it's none of our business since nobody here can tell you what to do, only you can....
