Junctioning, did you like it?FF VIII tends to be loved or hated by people it's rather highly regarded or greatly disliked. It's my fave because all things come together, music, characters, battle system and story. But my question is what did you think of junctioning? Sure it took time to get alot of magic since you must draw, but it made you work for what you got. Also with how you could put certain magics to your status made it more interesting.
Well what do you think, like it or no and why?

i think that the junction system is erm..well, it took me a while to get used to it  , but once i had it was ace, i mean i love the way you can select any abuilty for any caractor, and the way your power is judeged by what magic you have. in jenral i dont use magic through the game, but i use it a lot during the last disc.

I didn't mind the Junction system in Final Fantasy VIII. It took a bit of time getting used to but it was quite effective in my opinion. It was good because you could junction magic to your weapon and it would be effective against a lot of enemies. It made the job a lot easier. It could also raise your HP, strength and all of those other things. It was great when I had a lot of Ultima to junction. It did have its disadvantages though, overall I liked how it worked.

I did like the junction system. It has its ways of being better than mp because then you don't have to waste your gil on esthers to regain mp.

I found the junction system fun and I liked the amount of customisation it granted you. Collecting mugic became a fun part of the game for and being able to make lots of magic out of items made it so the collecting of magic didn't always have to be a chore.
