Paris Hilton...I think we have all heard about the stuff going on with her lately. I also know that everybody is getting sick of it! I would like to ask the members here about their thoughts on Paris Hilton in jail, did she deserve this or do you think she was better of on house arrest?
As for me, I am not a big fan of hers at all. I believe she did deserve all of this. Lol, I thought it was funny how she told the Sheriff or whatever that she had a rash and he ended up letting her out and putting one of those tracking anklets on her and then she was on house arrest. I bet she thought she was going to get it easy from then on but she was wrong. She was ordered back to court, originally she had 23 days but the judge put her sentence back up to 45 days again LOL! I do think she does deserve it though, not just because I hate her either. Maybe if she does the time, it might knock some sense into that tiny brain of hers. She might stop getting in trouble now, I bet she has learnt her lesson now.
Apparently she has found God too which is funny. She found him pretty quickly, didn't she? I think she wants to change her life around for the better. I would like to believe her, I really would but it wouldn't surprise me if she went back to her old ways after she is let out. It would be cool if she became a different person but we'll have to wait and see I suppose.
What does everybody else think of this? I would love to hear your opinions!

Well we live in a world guided by rules that were set by us. In general, if you break the rules you must pay a price. They gave Paris a chance and she committed the same stupid mistake again, so she goes to jail.
I only say, if God gave her so much money, why not give her a bit of common sense too? XD

Paris Hilton deserves a worst possible life, I totally dipise her, she deserves to die.... and I hate death.
She ruins the idea of what a good looking girl actually looks like, she is a total prostitute and makes everyone think that's what they should be.
Paris has influenced so many teens and children to be always dressing like a slut. I think she deserves more then jail

of course she does she is the worst person i know and if anyone else did what she did the same would have happened to us. so yeah and my old college has started up a Paris Hilton Haters club just to show how much we all hate her

I wouldn't go this far people. 
Don't forget her and every other celebrity have it quite tough. While she is a negative example, having the types of pressure she'd be under could be cause for depression and drugs and the like. It's necessary that she went to jail, as she is a big role model for little girls everywhere, BUT we shouldn't really hate her I reckon, just make sure she gets what's coming for her if she does break the rules.Like the jail sentence she endured.
What I do find amusing mostly though is her habits whilst in jail. Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard she wouldn't even go to the toilet in case someone was watching.
It's stuff like that which amuses me. Do the crime, do the time.

Of course she deserves to jail. Growing up in the way she has, she has not learnt to value money as one should and a fine would not suffice.
That said...
I don't think she deserves all this hate. There are clubs dedicated to hating Paris. This annoys the crap out of me, to be honest. People get done for drink driving EVERY DAY and we pay no notice to them whatsoever.
There are plenty of rapists, child molesters and murderers out there far more worthy of our hate than this socialite.
And Celtic.. Yeah, the toilet thing is true. She refused to eat or drink for three days, because then she would have to use the toilet, and she was scared of someone watching her... Now, what's comical about this?
She has a sex tape! Unusual priorites there.. Everyone's seen her having sex, and she's scared about people watching her pee >.>

Did anybody see how Nicole Richie went to jail but it was only for 80 minutes or something? Isn't that just ridiculous, they shouldn't have bothered with it at all. What is an hour of jail time going to teach her? Nothing! She'll probably keep getting in trouble for something. Unless she begins to settle down now since she is having a baby. 80 minutes though.. 
Lindsay Lohan is going to jail for a day as well after all the stuff she did, it's just so silly. I bet she will be out in half an hour. >.<

I guess it depends on your sense of humour, but to me, everything. When I heard it I burst out laughing, and it was for the exact reasons of the sex tape and several other incidents. While I can't really hate her or anything, I do find her immensely amusing for all the wrong reasons.
As for myself, If I was jailed I'd be making sure they watched me take a ****. They'd be *SOOOOO* jealous. 
Privacy is overrated anyways. If you're always honest, and have a goodish set of genetics, then there should be no fears what so ever.
And yes, I do indeed know I'm an odd bogan who cannot have any hope of being any true measure of another individual or having any real empathy due to a completely different lifestyle, but hey, I have fun.
