PC or PS1 version?

Most of us know that Final Fantasy VII was released on the Playstation and PC but which version do you prefer? Some people will like the PC version because of the patches and such but others might like the Playstation version because the controls are good or just feel it's better that way. As for me, I can't compare as I have not played the PC version, I would really like to though. I have seen that you can get a patch to make your characters look like the battle models all the time which is awesome. I would love to buy it but I know it's rare but the PS1 version does me for now.

well honestly, I only thought there was a PC version to FFVIII... I didn't think there was a PC version of FFVII,

anyways, playing FFVIII on the PC, honestly I liked playing on the PS1 more, so I am going to say I'd most likely rather play FFVII on the PS1.
Things I like about the PS1 are, easier more familliar controls, as well as a much lower chance of lag. There is almost never lag on the PS1, but there is lag on the PC, on pretty much any game, no matter what you are playing. Every PC has problems handling games, mostly bigger games, but even sometimes the smaller games lag on the best computer. So that's why if games come out for a games system, usualy they are better on the system then the PC
