The answer to your question is that you get Full Thortle by Tromell when you meet him in a certain place in the Macalania woods. I think that this is the right answer. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Are you asking how many songs the soundtrack has? If so...
A: There are 61 apparently. The entire soundtrack has 61 songs on it.
