Final Fantasy VII I think.. plus there is the Choco/Mog summon materia.
Final Fantasy VIII (Minimog card, but I don't think there are actually moogles.)
Final Fantasy IX
Final Fantasy X-2 (Moogle costumes and stuff, but I don't think there are actually moogles in the game.)

FFVII:racing
FFVIII:chocobo finding as well as the pocketstation game
FFIX:Chocographs
FFX:Racing the chocobo down that hill thing.... but I don't think that counts lol
